Life (in Haiku)

Haiku is generally intended to capture a moment, but can a moment summarize a lifetime?

Are there moments in your life that you feel have defined you?

Are they positive?

Negative?

Are there moments you thought had defined you but later found them less significant?

I would love to hear from you. I know it’s been a long time since you’ve heard from me, and I apologize for that. My life has been full of busy moments for the last couple of years, but I’m trying to recapture my voice. So, hear is my haiku, and I hope this moment finds you well.

Burning fire melts wax.

Blown wishes extinguish flames.

Smoke rises gently.
